Each project provided GWAS data for one or more traits. For each project, a pruned set of traits is included in the Rat TWAS Hub to reduce redundancy. These were chosen by sorting its traits by ascending minimum GWAS p-value, and iteratively selecting traits with genetic correlation of R2 < 0.5 with all previously selected traits.
